I was born and raised in San Diego, CA to a family whose love and admiration for only grows as the seasons in New York City go by.
I have a BA in Social Work from San Diego State University, strongly influenced by the years I spent singing and acting onstage, where I first began to see and understand the beauty and texture to human behavior.
It was then I felt the aspiration to inspire, challenge, and empower people through colorful narratives- reframing the way we see things.
I like to work out. I love to work out to show-tunes. I love walking around neighborhoods I haven’t taken the time to fully explore, and make French-Pressed coffee in the mornings as I listen to Sara Bareilles.
Constructive conversations about Big Little Lies or Anne Hathaway make me happy. Ice cream and donuts fill me with joy.
